Air Sparq
Help on getting me to 1st base quicker?
I’m on a softball team, and I’m already really quick, top 3 on the team, but I want to be the top sprinter, any ideas in making me faster from base to base?
I’m a lefty slapbunter, so it already takes me like 3 seconds from home to first, I want to cut that time down to 2.5 seconds.
I was doing sprints outside my house for a while, but it got so cold, that it hurt my lungs to breath a lot of that air in, and plus not that long after I stopped it snowed haha!
So any suggestions on workouts, and stuff like that would be amazing!
I have heard of that Sparq training gear, but it is so expensive, where can I buy things like that, that are cheaper?
I promise that when the weather gets good, I will go back out and run again ^_^

You are already very good. Run! that’s the most important thing. Try running some distances and do sprints as well. running really helps you speed on the base pads. Sparq is good training gear, but just try running and sprinting and you’ll honestly be a bit faster and stronger as well. hope this helps.
