This first started happening after my friend spilt water on the keyboard of my laptop.. it eventually does start up but it says that first and its really fucked up lately, whats the deal
dude- water and laptops do not mix very good. this can cause your hardware to f*** up, and cause you many more issues. I would be kicking your friend up side the head for doing such a bone head thing like that. as far as your boot.ini problem you can do a repair if you have your windows cd, that is your only chance of fixing it with reformating and re-installing windows
