How can I dye my black bangs blond in one short process without damaging my hair?

My natural hair color is dark brown, but I dye it black. I really want to dye my bangs blond, but I heard that it could turn it orange or green? And even if it does, it could stay that way for days, even weeks. How can I dye them in one process and actually get BLOND?
*Bleach, excuse me.

You can’t. You “have to” BLEACH THE BLACK OUT OF THEM… maybe once or twice.
